We know only too well: If we are driven by fear of failure, we think small and slow ourselves down. However, if we start from a place of joy, new perspectives and possibilities shows themselves.
But how do we maintain a playfulness when we are confronted with fear? How do we develop bold visions and turn them into reality? As an artist, ex-theologian Philipp Oberlohr is familiar with these questions. In search of answers, he developed #Versuchskultur: a culture of experimentation.
This culture allows a playful approach to challenges. It acknowledges difficulties and lets us find new, unexpected paths within the impossibilities of this world.
The workshop DOING THE UN•THINK•ABLE shows the participants tools, with which they can learn how to find their own way of tackling challenges. Different methods - creative techniques, structured conversations, mind-games and mental challenges - all lead to one goal: The participants develop their personal culture of experimentation, with which they get out of their box of old thinking and find new, previously un•think•able solutions.
